Raising taxes during a recession represents economic insanity. Obama is raising taxes on the

super-rich and the rich ( the very people we need to spend, save and invest) to help pay for the

cost of socialized medicine. Obama wants cap-and-trade energy reform and cut the national debt

which he is creating which will mean increasing taxes on the super-rich, the rich, the upper-middle class, the mid-middle class and, perhaps, the lower middle class (under Bush those who earned less then 40,000 a year no longer had to pay federal income taxes). 

The spending spree just continues unabated. Former Judge Napolitano explains that between

1889 and 1913, we were on the gold standard: a dollar bill had to be backed by a dollar's worth

of gold. During that period, he explains, there were economic ups and downs and periods of

inflation, nonetheless, the value of a dollar increased an average of 13% while between 1913 (we

were no longer on the gold standard beginning in 1913) and now the value of the dollar has decreased by 92%! Unfortunately, we can't return to the gold standard. If we could, it would

mean that the federal government would have to stop borrowing money from China and

printing money that it doesn't have. This year spending by the  government has risen an average of 10%, next year a whopping 20%. We could have a balanced budget in less then 10 years if we froze government spending, we could have a balanced budget in less then six years if the spending grew at 0%. We could have a budget surplus in less then 4 years if we cut the growth in

government spending by 1% to 3% in real terms and begin paying off the national debt (right now, we only pay the interest on the national debt (it's 1/4 of the budget!).It would mean

waging war on all forms of bureaucratic waste:unnecessary red tape, department overlapping, ridiculous regulations, three people doing the same job, eliminating programs that no longer serve a useful purpose, modifying or reducing or eliminating programs which are only

partially successful at what they are suppose to do, stopping the federal government from

doing what should be done at the state level according to the Constitution and eliminating pork-

barrel spending. This was a big gem!

According to a recent poll if there were a presidential or senatorial election tomorrow the

democratic party would get 36% of the vote, the republican party - 18% and the Tea Party

- 23%. By the way, there is no Tea Party - it's a movement favoring restoration

of the Founding Father's Constitution and an end to excessive government spending and

the creation of new government programs (healthcare reform is going to result in the creation

of 153 new government bureaucracies!). The liberal media lies: all the participants in Tea Parties are white, conserservative Republicans. The truth: 45%, Republican; 40%, Independent; 15% Democratic; 85% white and 15% black, brown and other. Americans are woefully uninformed: they thing that the Tea Party is a political party. No wonder the democrats can get away with murder - Americans don't have a clue as to what is going on in Washington!

Another myth: Those in the private sector make far more then those in the public sector.

They sacrifice in the name of public service. The average government worker makes 70,000

per year as opposed to the average private sector employee who comes in at 40,000!

You need a microscope to see this gem - it makes up for the Gabor gem!

There is a slight chance - and it's growing everyday - of the creation of a large black market

in the U.S.A.! If cap-and-trade is passed, your energy bills will quadruple over the next 10

years. The production of goods and services requires energy - prices will skyrocket. Your

taxes will go through the roof and we'll suffer hyper-inflation. The dollar will be worth little

more then the paper and ink. Take away their credit card! If you have to balance you

budget so should they. They can't continue to party with your money. They think that

they know how to spend you money better then you do and that's why liberals favor

tax increases but it's more then that...

Gene, Gene-the Green machine...Liberals don't only want to spend your hard-earned money,

they want to treat you like a child. With health care reform, you'll have government lawyers,

clerks and accountantss determining your healthcare instead of you and your doctor. With Cap-

and-Trade, they will be telling what type of car to drive, what food that you can eat and how

long you can shower. According to Jay Sekulow, American Center of Government and Law,

it was never about getting more people health insurance or saving the environment but

getting more power and control to the central government!

The icing on the cake... To save Coney Island a private company will built and own condominiums

and the government of  City of New York the rides!!! Know I heard everything.

Welcome to the Union of Socialist Secular States of America. And, by the way, 7o% of

Americans prefer Merry Christmas while 20% prefer Happy Holidays.

We won every battle in Viet Nam but lost the war! I successfully accomplished

every step in every goal or project that I took as a challenge but never

getting the trophy! It rendered the accomplishments null and void.

In all likelyhood, my websites will become inactive at year's end. The new

charity site will remain active for a few more weeks (it is a work in progress;

I can't end it the way that it is). To say that I am proud of the sites is

irrelevant.

I couldn't get my 'family' and 'friends' to visit a website or two, once a week,

and click on on add with or without an intention to purchase or leave a

pro or con comment. Was it Walter Cronkite, (?) who used to say...

Fact: Recently, 66% of Americans celebrated Christmas as a religious holy day and a secular holiday or just as a religious holy day; 33% celebrated it as a secular holiday; 1% don't celebrate it or don't know where they were and what they were doing on that day. Season's Greetings, Happy Holidays, Winter Solstice nonsense. It is a legal, national holiday celebrating the birth of a great philosopher or the Son of God. And, if you don't like it (by the way, this writer is no longer a Christian) have the name of the holiday changed! It's P.C. to dump on Christians but you have to be P.C.-sensitive and have a multi-cultural nonsense attitude when it comes to the handful of non-Christians (Jews, Muslims), who in reality except for a couple of chestnuts aren't offended - it's a myth generated by liberal-atheists and liberal-Christians and liberal-non-Christians (about 20% of the population is liberal) that 99% of them are offended by Christmas and the religious and non-religious things associated with it - a lie that they perpetrate about Jews(absolutely!) and Muslims(?) (Logic: Veterans parading is associated with Veteran's Day, turkey with Thanksgiving, fireworks shows with Independence Day, Dick Clark's Ball with the New Year).

Fact: 70% of the well-known and the semi-well-known Founding Fathers were Christians (the

fast majority of whom practiced a particular Christian denomination; 25% were deists (which is

a philosophy not a religion in which believe in God and heaven are derived from reason, Jesus

was a great philosopher and many of our Fathers quoted from the Bible in political speeches and during political debates. but don't except miracles and prophecies as fact but moral stories and in some cases fabricated; 5% were atheists, agnostics, pantheists (they believe that the whole universe plus the laws of the universe such as gravity that make it operate is God), Jews, etc.

Fact: The general population at it's founding was 99% Christian; 1/2% Jewish; 1/2% other and they created a nation predicated on Judeo-Christian principles.

Fact: Today, 77% identify themselves as  Christian; 4% Jewish; 3% Muslim; 1% Hindu and Buddhist; 15% subscribe to the following philosophies: atheist and agnostic 12% and deist, pantheist, etc. 3%.

 

When Rudy (I choose not to attempt to spell his last name) was Mayor of New York City, he

substantially increased police presence in black neighborhoods. In the U.S., 16% of the

population is black (13% African-American). Crime is those neighborhoods substantially

dropped. Blacks are responsible for over 50% of the major crimes: murders, rapes, assaults

and armed robberies. What makes it even more embarrassing for black people is the fact

that a majority of it is black on black crime. When Bloomberg (I can spell it because I checked

how it is spelled on T.V.; you do know that the Mayor owns or is the chief stockholder

in the Bloomberge cable T.V. network?) became mayor, he was forced by black leaders like

the Rev. Farrakan, the Rev. Jackson, the Rev. Sharpton (I'm a bigot if I misspelled any

of their names!) and liberal white politicians to do away with the Rudy increase. He compromised and cut it in half and crime went up but not to pre-Rudy levels. Why? The'leaders' hollowed racism and racial profiling!What did the fast majority of the people living in those communities feel: they were in favor of it and wanted police presence to rise even more. Black leaders and liberal white politicians and judges are out of touch with real black people and notice that most of them don't

live in these neighborhoods!

Elinor Tatum, publisher of the black New York City newspaper: "The Amsterdam News,"

explains that black newspapers try to talk for the black community and their reporters live among them! She states, "Still others talk for us but they're anointed not elected." This writer believes

that she is speaking of the famous Reverends - we forgot the Rev. 'Wrong' - and other

black leaders and liberal white politicians of their ilk because she takes the position

that "...there are the talking heads" and that "the real leaders are the local church pastor

the grandmother who lives on the corner, the school principal."                                             (She appeared on CUNY T.V.'s African-American Legends. Are you shocked that this composer of words (a moderate-conservative - some, say, conservative with a pinch a libertarianism - would

watch such a show! Or, might watch Chris Mathers or Larry King or CNN. There is a

difference between educated and indoctrinated. Indoctrination is what our kids and

grand kids - I don't have a kid, I have two niece kids and a sponsored kid - - - only

liberals have compassion - their bleeding hearts. This guy rarely talks about what a

great uncle he is and about his little girl in Honduras. unlike liberals, we rarely go

around like liberal celebrities, politicians and professors and talk about what goody two

shoes we are. We don't do it for a pat on the back or in an effort to try to distract from all

the bad that we do! Conservatives aren't phonies like liberals. We're depicted as cold and callous

because we oppose failed liberal social programs and want to try new approaches to

helping the needy like school vouchers and faith-based programs instead of throwing

good money after bad. Workfare was restoring pride to the poor - Republicans forced

Clinton to sign it and Bush expanded it - millions were going off of it. One of the

first things that Obama did as president was sign an executive order restoring welfare.

Liberal don't rarely care about the needy - they want to keep the poor poor for they

vote democrat and now they're in the process with healthcare and energy reform, new

regulations, new cooperate take-overs, tax hikes and new government give-away's of making

all of us dependent on Nanny Obama from cradle to grave!).

The universe is 13.7 billion years old. You've heard of the Big Bang? Actually, it wasn't big

and it wasn't loud! A light year is the distance that a ray of light covers in one year which

is 6 trillion miles - now that's fast! (Or, a 186,000 per second!). One light year equals 6 trillion miles. Our present  telescopes on earth and, especially, in space can 'see' 13.4 billion light years back in the microwave part of the spectrum. Space is a time machine. The further into space that you look the further back in time that you see. The sun is a star and it takes light  8  minutes to reach us traveling at 186,000 miles per second from a distance of 93 millions

miles. The famous Andromeda Galaxy is 2.5 million light years away and, there, for we

see it the way it looked 2.5 million years ago. (By the way, it is going to collide with our

Galaxy in 3 billion years).Originally, the universe was smaller then  an atom or it was a point (the

opposite of big) and expanded rapidly and there was no air to carry sound (result: no

bang) and a fraction of a second later it inflated - it expanded again - this time faster then

light ( but Einstein stated that particles with mass( like protons, neutrons and electrons can't travel at the speed of light and mass less particles - light and invisible light - can travel

at the speed of light - but nothing can travel faster then light - - - he didn't tell us that space

couldn't travel faster then light!).You are thinking of empty space - a vacuum - but there is

no such thing. This area of space less then the size of an atom contained 10 dimensions

of space (you're familiar with three: length , width and depth), dark energy, dark matter,

potential energy and matter (the type which we are familiar). During the first 'bang' exotic

particles formed from potential matter and then space expanded faster then light carrying

the particles along for the ride. Picture yourself on a conveyer belt at the airport. As far as

your concerned your standing still reading your newspaper or today more likely talking on

your cell phone or texting. Picture yourself as the exotic particle and the belt as space. To

be more accurate the space belt section behind you is traveling faster then then it is in front

of you. It also means that our universe of regular matter and energy only occupies a small fraction

of the space generated from the second 'bang' - it continued to expand without normal mass

and energy within in it in which another 'big bang' can take place in 'our' universe but we can't

see it because light from it - traveling at the speed of light - visible, radio, x-ray - hasn't

had time to reach us. Where did the BIG BANG take place? In the center of the area 300,000

years after the big bang that we  can 'see' as 3 degree Kelvin radiation in the microwave. That

was when the universe lit up and became visible but since then it has lost energy and cooled

off and is 'visible' in the microwave. Wrong! The BIG BANG didn't take place there. It took

place no where or everywhere. Yo can say that it took place in the center of your body or

in the center of our Galaxy or in the center of the area 300,000 years after the BIG BANG -

but so could a living being in another Galaxy claim the the BIG BANG took place in

the center of himself or the center of his galaxy which is further in or further out then our

galaxy which would place the center of the 3 degree Kelvin radiation at a point displaced

from our central point for the 3 degree Kelvin radiation. Do you want to become further 

discombobulated. The radius of our universe is 13.7 billion light years and the diameter is

twice that amount but for a galaxy a billion miles out the edge of the universe 13.7 and the

opposite edge is 13.7 billion miles out. He is detecting that 3 degree Kelvin radiation 1.3 billion

years after us - no! As far as he's concerned it is 300.000 years after the Big Bang. But

this scribe stated that because of the second Big Bang - there is empty (which really

isn't empty with dimensions and dark matter and potential regular matter, etc. But the

guy in the galaxy further out will see 3 degree Kelvin radiation and closer in the first galaxies

that formed but we see nothing. And, let's go crazy - the 3 degree Kelvin radiation is all around

us at a distance of 13.4 billion light years shouldn't it be within in  emanating from and

area 600,000 light years in diameter and not 27.4 billion miles in diameter. Solution?: Remember

what Albert taught us: everything is relative!!!

Perhaps, one of my many readers can respond to the question: Is Anybody Out there? Please

read "Welcoming Message" at www.groups.google.com/group/rickcosmos-eclectic to ascertain

what I'm talking about. My hands hurt and I'm too tired to retype it - I posted slight variations at

numerous venues.

We scooped Glenn Beck twice ; presented two original political theories and one original economic

theory; challenged a big organization and a powerful state senator; Richard DePersio spoke on

behalf of the group site and the five websites to staff members of two U.S. Senators, one U.S.

Congress (all democrats) on numerous occasions until they came to know him and would

transmit digested versions (brevity isn't my forte') of his remarks to their bosses and my employees; worked closely with and promoted outstanding charities and not-for-profit organizations: "NASA"; "ChildFund International" (formerly, "Christian's Children Fund"); "Campaign for Liberty"; "Alliance Defense Fund"; 9/12,s subsidiary www.asamom.blogspot.com We will do much more for them for Charityplus is a work in progress.

There will be two more articles before the end of the year: one on politics for quasarpolitics and one

one philosophy for rickuniverse. There will be items for charityplus.

I wonder about youtube: rickaddsite - two art appropriations and one space science slide shows -

I wonder if they are still there or if some contents have been removed - - the law regarding art

appropriation is some what convoluted.

Within three years, the following will have transpired: The federal government will consume 20% to 30% of the goods and services produced by the private sector; 20% to 30% of workers in the U.S.

will work for the federal government (private sector jobs are better for the the economy then government jobs) and, of course, be unionized (the unions destroyed the public school system, the postal, the airline and auto industries - would anyone dare say with a straight face: The government operates effectively, efficiently, productively within a good framework of spending and cost controls!); it will directly and/or indirectly manage and partially and/or completely own 20%

to 30% (most likely closer to the latter) of factories, farms, stores, banks and land in the nation - reminiscent of government control of 'independent' utilities or worse). In 1900, you had less then 10% of the laws and regulations on 100% of the private sector then you did in 2008 (The Founding Father's favored little restraint on private enterprise. They knew that businesses flourish and are at their most creative, innovative and productive when there is little regulation. Just look at the Reagan years. He manages to somewhat reduce regulations but sadly it didn't last long). Everything that I described, including, the percentages spells socialism and in the case of management/ownership UN CONSTITUTIONALISM!!!

       Over 70% of Americans opposed the democrat's health care plan: more republicans then

independents and more independents then democrats - but still a majority of democratic

citizens were in opposition. Where is authority in the Constitution given to the federal government regarding any aspect of healthcare? I've heard and read democrats in congress respond: "It's irrelevant" or something along similar lines. To them our Constitution is irrelevant! What do the Senate democrats do? They drop the terms: "55 to 65 ear old  Americans can buy into medicare (which is broken and is going to be cut - how 'unliberal' of them) and "federal option" - and stupid Americans are ready to throw a party! Smoke and mirrors: the terms are gone but not the concepts in the 1000 plus page tome - we are still going to have those things in the bill, as well as, a platform for them to build .Charles Krauthammer, FOX commentator/newspaper journalist and former doctor/former lawyer has stated that if the health bill is passed - there is only a slim chance that "The damage can be undone in ten ears." It remindsthis composer  of letters of what came to pass a few months ago: the Chairman of the Democratic National Committee instructed democratic politicians to drop "global warming" for "climate change; the former having lost it's shock value and was losing public belief in it (notice 'belief' for in science you except or reject because it's suppose to be predicated on fact orwidely excepted theory and meticulous data and evidence while you 'believe' in religion for it is based on faith) - the name change was a political marketing change not a scientific one.It would have worked on stupid Americans had it not been for the recent scandal over falsified data and suppression of opposing views.

       By the way, healthcare reform and cap-and-trade (Al Gore energy reform) will bring us

close to the nearly 30% UNCONSTITUTIONAL figure. Parts of Roosevelt's "New Deal" and

Johnson's "Great Society" were UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Obama is out doing both of them

combined!

      The" Green Dictator" claims the UNCONSTITUTIONAL right to shut down or split a part

a big business if "Carnac the Magnificent" in his infinite wisdom and mythical powers to

forecast the future decides that   the company is about to do serious

damage to the economy because he deems it on the brink of collapsing. He'll be choosing

your doctor (the healthcare bill calls for the creation of 153 new regulatory agencies to

make medical and other health related decisions for you and your  children and elderly parents.

The "Big Nanny" in the White House knows best. And, if you don't want health insurance,"The One"

he will force you to get it and force you to pay for the plan that the "Doctor-in-Chief" chooses. This too

is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, as well as, telling you what you car you can drive for His partner is the

"Green Earth Goddess." and telling you what you can drink and eat! "Mr. Water" now claims

to own all the water in and around the Unites States! Don't step in his puddle! According to

the Constitution - do remember when we had one of those - the federal government can regulate

water used by merchant marine ships off shore and within the U.S. if merchant ships use

water in a river or a lake located in more then one state. MR. UNCONSTITUTIONAL! And,

don't forget to teach your children to say "Thank you, Mr. President, for creating the water that I just drank."

       Major reform should require a Constitutional Convention (Franklin, Johnson didn't know

that and Obama doesn't) or at the very least bipartisan support wherein all the members of

the majority or nearly all with one or two or three dissenting and at least 25% of the minority

supporting it (For your information: 80% of those who filibustered the landmark civil rights

legislation of 1964 were democrats, it passed because of republicans - your children

aren't taught that in public school!).

      Rights: Roosevelt wrote additional rights to be added to the Founding Father's Bill of 

Rights - they weren't passed - like people have a right to healthcare, a car, food and a place

to live. Progressives or liberals don't believe in the old Protestant work ethic and want to

create a communist-type country wherein everyone is non-working poor or working poor or lower middle class (less

likely mid-middle class - in communist countries 90% of the population is non-working poor

and working poor and lower middle class and everyone is dependent on the government to

a moderate or large extent - - the desire to work hard is absent). This is what Obama

meant by "spreading the wealth" - - -  Joe the plumber had him pegged right!

      In the 1950's 93% of Americans believed in God and 85% practiced their religion

on a regular or semi-regular basis. Today, 85% and 60%. The earth is the new god and if

a global government is created by the earth goddess, Obama will cry - the water that he owns -

for he won't be chosen king for he will be head of a country with a worthless dollar!!!

toward socialism but was stopped by the U.S. Supreme Court. Under Reagan, we enjoyed

moderate conservatism. Point of Note: democrats were liberal prior to the 1970's except

on foreign and defense polices were they were tough - no more!

The window of opportunity is small if socialized medicine is passed. It will take about three

to set-up, implement and become entrenched in beauacracy. Day after day, the window will

lowered until you reach closure. Day after day, it will become more and more difficult to undo

or modify. When it comes to some bills due to the composition of congress, there is no window

of opportunity!

       Andrew Breitbart, www.biggovernment.com, explains how Obama's blueprint for America

was penned, about three years ago, in the pen! Robert Creamer penned it while serving only a 

light sentence for tax fraud and tax evasion - about 5 months behind bars and about 7 months

under 'house arrest.' It reminds this writer of Hitler who had been sentenced to 5 years but only

served one and spent much of his prison term penning "Mein Kampf" - his blueprint for nazism

or fascism (there isn't much difference between fascism and communism - most people

think that they are at polar opposites on the ideological spectrum).

      Creamer was a community organizer (sound familiar) before his brief 'vacation' and emerged

as head of a consulting firm with clients like Acorn and Seiu! David Excelrod heads Seiu and

exulted Creamer book, called it a blueprint for progressivism and to date has been Obama's

most frequent visitor. Creamer was at the infamous state dinner at the White House in which

there were 2 party crashers - and Creamer (he had the President's ear). Ex-felons aren't

usually allowed at such events - the liberal media found the party crashers more interesting!

      Creamer's book is entitled, "Your Mother: Stand Up Straight! How Progressives can Win."

(they were called progressives from the late 1880's to the 1950's when they became liberals but conservatives began the slow process of turning it into a dirty word stating with people like Buckley and ending with President Reagan. Since the 1980's more and more liberals, as a result, have returned to the older term in describing themselves). In his book, he explains that the target year is 2009 (it was written about three years ago) and how you must exaggerate and make worse problems in the mortgage, health insurance and banking industries. Further, you must make those in those occupations to be thought of as demons (for example, the health insurance industry makes out like bandits by making obscene profits; reality: the last few years they have been averaging 5% profit much lower them most other industries including auto; remember: President Clinton Acorn, Senator Barney Frank, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac created  a mortgage problem which would grow- by allowing people with little or no credit to secure mortgages which began a potentially serious problem during Bush's second term but Frank blocked Bush and Republican leaders

from rectifying the situation) and in 2008 the mortgage domino knocked over the commercial and investment bank dominoes which knocked over the auto domino which allowed liberal or progressives - the same thing like crap and shit - to claim a small problem (80% of Americans knew that America had the greatest healthcare system in the world with some floors that needed

attention and 80% rated their health insurance from their healthcare company as good or

very good or excellent) into a crisis. It's all in Creamer's book! Getting (what moderates and

conservatives believe is bad) socialized medicine was key to "change that you can believe in"

(and you thought Obama meant making our great nation greater - even though we go through

periods when we are less great then at other times). Obama was talking about the Creamer

blueprint for destroying America and recreating it in their warped liberal image! 

       As per Creamers bold strategy was to get certain groups to work together in a

coordinated fashion all funded by George Soros - the most dangerous man in America

and most stupid Americans  don't even know who is because they are or were dumbed

down in public schools beginning in the sixties except those who attended religious or

private elementary schools and high schools or explored in the world of self-education - for the Creamer

plan was part of a larger plan that began in the sixties - as this scribe told you many times -

liberals beginning to secure firm control of public elementary schools, high schools and

public and private colleges; the T.V., music, movie industries and later the Internet. A few

years ago, committee groups of the Acorn ilk, environmental groups like GreenPeace,

unions, performing and creative artists began coordinating their activities and they began

the process of winning over some faith-based groups!( Less then 15% of Americans are

unionized - this writer previously explained his theory on how liberal can increase it to

75% or more - - a plan which includes given amnesty to illegal's).By the way, Creamer

is married to U.S. Representative Schakensky (who works closely with Barney - interesting).

       I just saw the movie, "Public Enemies" and how the banks were blamed and only the banks

and they became public enemies and bank robbers like John Dellkinger, "pretty Boy" Floyd

and :Baby Face" Nelson became public heroes.

      The focus of the Creamer plan was the healthcare industry and make no mistake about

it: it will result in poor healthcare and a bureaucratic nightmare involving 153 new federal regulatory

agencies. And, Creamer and the moneyman behind him have begun implementing phase two

because they are so confident of winning phase one (socialized medicine). The

Environment Protection Agency (part of Obama's Executive Branch) has threatened

Congress to pass cap-and-trade (energy reform) which will cause your  energy bills to

rise 4-fold over the next ten years or they will do just cap (which will result in a fivefold

increase. Obama is about to claim that he can close or split-up a company that he

decides might due damage to the economy. (Yours truly, has written extensively on

Obama's and Congress's violations of constitutional, bankruptcy, property laws and cooperate laws).

The spend- and -tax states which are in financial trouble just - shockingly! - want to limit

medicaid to the elderly - - some elderly are eligible for both medicaid and medicare - - - 

and place limits on medicaid for the poor but Dictator Obama put the kibosh on the idea

even though states pay for over 90% of medicaid and the liberal spend -and- tax states

are on the brink of bankruptcy and in desperation want to do an unliberal thing. Tax-and-

spend isn't that what Obama is doing. Maybe, he'll borrow more money from our banker

China or have the Federal Reserve Bank print more money (which will either result in

everyone's federal income taxes tripling or more or hyper-inflation - right now what cost you

a dollar now cost you 60 cents ten years ago-inflation - - hyper: what costs your 25 cents

or less will now cost you a dollar - - - we will economically be on the level of a developing

nation which is between a third world (poor) nation and and an industrialized. Recently,

they met in Copenhagen and decided that wealthier countries should lower their standard

of living and life style, especially, America in order to give a bigger hand out to poor

countries when the American government gives more foreign humanitarian aid and

Americans citizens give more to charities and not-for-profit organizations to help poor nations then all the

other nations of the world combined! Obama is planning on seizing control of all U.S.

water from puddle to offshore when the constitutional limits it to water which ships use.

       I could continue put my hand hurts. Your friend warned you about Soros, Polusi,,

Frank, Acorn (and you can be sure the the Rev. 'Wrong' and former domestic terrorist

Ayers are in secret communication with Obama)and in his Triumpherate/Over-sized Oligarchy series. Franklyn and Lyyndon movered   us toward socialism and Reagan toward capitalism Obama is moving us toward

a socialist-communist-secularist nation. Don't stop the madness. Don't contribute to

not-for profits like "Campaign for Liberty," "Alliance Defense Fund,," and asamom. Don't

call you congressman or Senator at 202-224-3121 to get their phone numbers - you

don't have to know their names but you must meet them half-way and know the state in 

which you live!

       ADDed, again. According to the law: any money left over from the stimulus (really,

non stimulus) plan most go to deficit reduction; Obama plans to spend it on creating

jobs which will succeed like the "Stimulus Bill" and "Cash for Clunkers"! He'll announce it

officially next year which is a non-presidential election year. When we enjoy recovery

followed by prosperity it will be do to average Americans,  small businesses, big businesses,

the Reagan/ Bush policies (Bush sin: he allowed republicans spend like democrats, I'm

talking about his other economic/financial),especially, Reagan. Tea partyers, and conservative journalists (could rickcosmos fail to take some credit, American creativity and

ingenuity. It won't be easy for you'll have to work in opposition to Obama and his gang.

Otherwise, you'll wake up and think that you're in the Twilight Zone: America had been

destroyed and replaced by incongruous buearocratic concoction of socialism/communism/

secularism and you'll be dysfunctional and have a number instead of a name (as in

the 1960's T.V. series, "The Prisoner" and in the "The Book of Revelation" in the Bible).

The European Union wants to split Jerusalem - the west will serve as the capital of Israel

and the eastern half as the capital of a new Palestine country - many religious people

believe that this will mark the beginning of the end of the world. Don't be

surprised  if anti-christ endorses it! You won't be having a nightmare, you will be living

CONSTITUTION: Commerce Clause: The United States Congress shall have the right "to regulate

commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes."

                         Necessary and Proper Clause: "the congress shall have Power to make all

Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers

and all other Powers vested by the Constitution in the government of the United States, or in

any department or office thereof."

These clauses were controversial and Hamiltion and Monroe were there main proponents and Patrick Henry there main opponent. The Hamilton group was called Federalist (it would become a Party a few years after the Constitution was ratified as would Henry's anti-Federalist group - it became the Democratic-Republican Party. Today, we use the terms liberal and conservative in politics and liberal and constructional in law. the Federalist Papers were largely written by Hamilton (51)sections,  Madison (29), John Jay (5) and 3 were a collaboration of Hamilton/Madison to encourage citizens and, especially, their state representatives to ratify the Constitution and to interpret the Constitution to a degree. (By the way, Madison largely wrote the Constitution). There are those who falsely maintain that the federalists like progressives and liberals later favored a big and powerful federal government and the Henry and Jefferson were like the constructionists of today. The Federal Courts use the Federalists Papers and the writings of other Founding Fathers,especially, Jefferson. Their official papers more so then their unofficial ones. Their The Big Three! Progressive and, later, liberal lawyers and judges often ignore the Constitution and the other writings of the Founding Father's. The Federalist didn't want the federal government to take on new powers.If they returned via a time machine they'd be appalled that there are now 14 Departments and 1000 agencies and commissions. They would say: Why is there a Department of Education and Agriculture and a Food and Drug Administrations etc. - shouldn't these matters be the province of the states" - they might not object to general revenue sharing and block grants from the federal government being given to the states for things like education but they would object to the state playing a role in education. When our country was founded there were 4 major departments and less then 10 agencies to carry out the powers granted to the federal government by the Constitution - all our Founding Daddies agreed on this. Where they disagreed on was the creation a few more agencies. The biggest example: a National

Bank. The Federalists argued that the Constitution justified the creation of the Department

of the Treasury, although, it didn't directly say so - it was strongly implied by certain powers

granted to the Federal government. A Department of the Treasury implied the need for a

National Bank to help carry out it's duties and responsibilities. Henry, Jefferson and other

anti-federalists said "nay":strongly implied to implied is too far removed from Constitution.

The Federalist didn't favor the creation of a Department of Agriculture or even think about forming such a department because the Constitution gave no powers to the federal government involving farming. Liberal say that the Constitution states the federal government should be concerned with the general welfare of the people - a vague statement if I ever heard one. As a result, we went from 4 major Departments and about 7 agencies (By the way the National Bank was actually shut down in the 1870's to return in modified and expanded form as the Federal Reserve Bank in the 1919 (? - I don't have time too check!) to 14 major departments and a 1000 agencies between the 1880's and today with most of the growth during Republican (I ashamed) Theodore Roosevelt (progressive philosophy not a member of the Progressive Party and Democrats Wilson and Franklyn Roosevelt (progressives) and Democrat Johnson (liberal).

BILL OF RIGHTS: Amendment 10: "Powers of the States and the People - The powers not

delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved

to the States respectively, or to the people."

        By the way, after the Civil War, the U.S. Supreme Court imposed nearly all of the

Bill of Rights on the States. No problems: most states already had those rights, of course,

they hadn't applied to the slaves in most places.

       What happened mainly between about 1880 to 1921, 1933-1953, 1963-1969? Most new

departments and agencies were created, tons of new regulations and big budgets - in two words: Big Government! Democrats were presidents then and the biggest of the big growth took place under Franklyn Roosevelt (president '33-'45). Hey! What about 21-33, 53-61 (61-63 difficult

to explain - liberals perceive Kennedy as the greatest President based on a mere 2 years and

the perfect liberal - - facts that they choose to ignore indicate otherwise and  the idea

that Nixon ('69-74) was a conservative). ADDed! 21-33, 53-61, Republicans were president

government grew very little and when Coolidge was president (23-29) shrunk. Carter moderate

growth; Reagan major shrinkage during  first term and grew during second - left at same level

as when arrived - - no growth; Bush 1 - small growth; Clinton - first term moderate growth and

second no growth thanks to a Republican Congress; Bush 2 - big growth, especially, in

spending and national security regulations.

       End result: Big-Time Growth thanks to 2 Reps and 4 Dems  especially, donkeys -

WILSON (did you know that he segregated the military), ROOSEVELT and JOHNSON and elephant BUSH. COMMERCE CLAUSE/NECESSARY AND PROPER CLAUSE BECAME UNCONSITUTIONALLY EXPANDED  AND APPLIED BLIMP- SIZE while amendment 10 requires a microscope to see!

       Let's put it in perspective: all the documents (laws, budgets,executive orders, federal

regulations and judicial decisions) made during periods of large and extra large growth would

now fill a large house. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED SINCE OBOMA BECAME PRESIDENT WOULD FILL A MANSION!!!
