Subject: Duke Forrest
                                               Duke Forrest*
by Duke Forrest, Citizen Journalist and Richard DePersio
Duke: "Dago Red is here. Are you here to work or are you just visiting?" DR: Visit-
ing. I come with good news and bad news." Citizen Journalist: "Let's get the bad
news out of the way." DR: "Some people aren't connecting to three of our comsats
- web sites - via Home and Profile Pages and may not be getting the very latest.
They should 'Add to Favorites' or 'Bookmark.' Duke: "Give us the straight dope,
we'll be cool with it. Is it big - Big like my Texas?" DR: "Last week, we enjoyed
413 readers (visits)!!! Our goal had been: 400. Some of the credit should go to our
new cyber-friend LadyMafalda471. We'll send the beautiful Lady a missive."
Richard D.: "We should celebrate." CJ: "I got it. There should be firework shows
at all five of our web sites beginning tomorrow at 9:47 P.M. eastern." Sherlock:
"Jolly good show." RD: "The man from Baker Street is here." Sherlock: "I just
dropped by to congratulate you. I'll visit each site on the morrow with the good
doctor if anyone wishes to meet us and discuss a case. Sir Doyle will be on hand
to finally answer the question: 'Where was Watson shot when he was younger."
DR: "May He bless all of you." Duke: "He's going religious on us. Let's exit before
he loses control and we take up so much time with the preface that we again run
out of space and are unable to flesh out our tax plan.
As is our wont, we start off with cosmos (which means world) and then, we deal
with world and 'Offending with Truth' when circumstances warrant.
The right way to do things...Unlike private companies like SpaceX which are
being subsidized with taxpayer $$$s to take astros and cargo to Space Station,
Virgin Galactic is developing SpaceShipTwo for tourism without one red penny
from taxpayers. And, has just been awarded a NASA contract. The SpaceShipTwo
is air-launched from a mother ship (does anyone remember the X-15? It was suppose to
lead to the operational Dyna Saur orbital space plane in the '60s) for sub-
orbital flights (up and down on an arc like our first two manned flights in the early
'60s) to an altitude of over 60 miles. The 60-foot craft can carry two pilots, six
passengers and 1,300 pounds worth of experiments. We would like astros to fly virgins
to Space Station. Hopefully, Virgin Galactic will decide to get involved with that
endeavor. It would be better than Muslims blowing themselves up to get virgins in the
heavens.(Reader: "This section wasn't technically about the cosmos." CJ: "Show
him to the exit").
The smelly Wall Street demonstrators are still there with no clear message. Although,
some are angry over the bank bailouts. We opposed the bank bailouts and need not
smell about it  (creating environment for disease to incubate)and disturb the peace and
exposing our tits (Duke: "We don't have tits!") up front in front of toddlers: tits for
tots. The mainstream liberal media loves it. Hated the Tea Bags who had permits,
a short and clear agenda and didn't interfere with those trying to get to and from work.
It is reminiscent of the '60s: then and now the mainstream media applauds the youth
of back then. Claiming that there were more than just a few per cent of 18 to 30 year
olds demonstrating; claiming that for the first time young people were rebelling
against the over-30 crowd and thinking for themselves in opposing the Viet Nam War.
The truth: the vast majority were there to be part of an 'event'; were following the leader
of there neighborhood or college crowd; were there for the music and drugs; only
chanted when the TV cameras were on. Most didn't understand the issues and didn't
care. The demonstrations which took place on colleges campuses interfered with
the ability of those who wanted to attend classes to attend classes.
We opposed not only the Bush/Obama bank bailouts but the auto bailouts. Obama
went unconstitutional in playing bankruptcy judge (in the case of the auto industry; giving
the shaft to bond- and stock-holders and CEOs in favor of union bosses and union
workers; a real bankruptcy judge would have spread the pain; bankruptcy judge is not
part of a president's job description) and banks (partly nationalizing/socializing them).
Speaking of smelly...Maybe, those demonstrators would like to live in France with
a unionized army, zero economic growth for years due to lack of productivity (short work
weeks, many days off and virtually impossible to fire a worker) and over-regulation. Hey!
We are moving in that direction!!!
An A.D.D. break brought to you by Adderall and Johnny Walker Scotch (the better
mixer): Time and time again, we heard the so-called experts claim that TV shows of
the 80s, 90s and today are far more realistic than TV shows of the 50s, 60s and 70s.
We don't care if you take a sitcom or a drama from the former group of years or the
latter, TV is realistic (not even today's crime shows like CSI, according to experts in the
crime field and we don't mean criminals). People who watch dramas or sitcoms for reality
need to have their heads examined! Read a book or watch news, docs and intellectual talk
 shows for crying out loud.
We have never seen a character who reminded us of ourselves or someone we knew
nor have we ever seen a story which reminded us of something that happened to us
or someone that we knew. It represents the reality of the writers, producers, directors,
actors (listed in order of importance) living in Hollywood not Hoboken, New Jersey or
Flagstaff, Arizona or anywhere else (maybe, New York).
President Lincoln instituted a federal income tax on the super-rich to help pay the cost of the
Civil War. The U.S. Supreme Court conveniently deemed it unconstitutional after the war.
The federal income tax was modified and reinstated in 1914 which paved the way for
Prohibition: the fed gov was no longer dependent on taxes and licensing fees for beer, wine
and liquor.
Economic genius Arthur Laffer (he was a Regean economic advisor and formulated "Laffer
Curve; it formed economic basis of Reagan-omics) has endorsed
Caine's 9-9-9- Plan which in phase three will do away with federal income tax and IRS. (We
hope that Herman Cain is VP choice).
Once again, we have run out of time and can't flesh out our economic plan.
Please read "Offending with Truth - Update 9" for shocking marriage news.
We'll see you tomorrow at 9:47 P.M. dress optional.

                                      NO LIPTON SERVED HERE
by Citizen Journalist, Richard DePersio and Ken Kellogg*
(Did we hear Watergate? A CJ Exclusive follows this article)
Citizen Journalist: "It is with much enthusiasm that we welcome Ken to
our writing staff." Richard D.: "Ditto. In other news. it seems that each
week is a record breaker with 461 readers (visits) last week. We would like
to thank @LadyMafalda    for her efforts on our behave - getting the
message out about our comsats (web sites) to her  cyber-friends. Thank
you. CJ: "Do you remember the T.V. series 'Laugh In' (1968-73)?" RD:
I'm not young enough to remember it." CJ: They used to do a segment
entitled 'Laugh In Looks at the News of the Future.' We'd like to co-opt
the idea: 'Citizen Journalist' Looks at the News of the Future." Ken K.:
"How modest!" CJ: "Newcomers should be seen and not heard!" KK: How
am I going to contribute to this article? CJ: "Stop interrupting! 'Citizen
Journalist's Looks at the News of the Future': Citizen Journalist is elected
President in a landslide; Governor Chris Christi - social liberal - wins the
Mr. America crown; Obama is impeached - See the three articles that
follow this one plus search for "A Bad Case of Treason" in which 15
unconstitutional and treasonous acts are listed; the anti-civil rights,
pro-secular, pro-socialist ACLU folds; Humpty Dumpty finally gets put back
together."
As is our wont, we start off with cosmos (which means world) and, then, we deal
with world and 'Offending with Truth' when warranted.
The Beatles sang: "She loves you." in 1963; then and now, presidents and
members of congress love certain companies but not others (1950's hit movie:
"Gentleman Prefer Blondes). Subsidies: gov hand outs (corporate welfare); gov
loans; gov-backed loans. We have recommended for nearly two years that we end
subsidies. Gov should establish an even playing field, step back and led the game
begin: the magic of that which we call capitalism not crony capitalism.
Venture capitalists and venture capitalist firms should invest in high risk ventures with
big potential return. Investment in innovation. The taxpayer shouldn't. If company
fails, taxpayer will receive part or none of its investment; investment which Mr.
Taxpayer hadn't given approval! (Citizen Journalist must be color blind!).
We've said it many times, many ways: Companies like Orbital Sciences and
SpaceX shouldn't be subsidized; those funds should go to enabling NASA to afford
a heavy-lifter and super-heavy-lifter and, hopefully, sooner - so that our embarrassing
dependency on Russia to get to the space station that we largely funded is truncated.
Virgin Galactic is a private company planning to go into space and is not being partially
funded by Uncle Sam (You!).** Right on, man!
Back in the 80s, Bruce Springfield sang: "Born in the U.S.A."
We won't attempt to spell or pronounce the terrorist-monster's name (earlier at
this venue, we attempted to pronounce it and our guests laughed). In June of 2010,
Obama signed an Executive Order placing him on the kill or capture list. Last week.
he was killed by a drone. Some are claiming that his constitutional right to life, liberty
and property was violated: he had duel citizenship - American/Yemen. During the
Civil War, the north didn't officially recognize the south's departure from the union. Yet,
the north killed fellow Americans. Wait! It isn't applicable. It isn't certain if Obama thinks
that we are in a state of war (The War Against Terror). Why didn't Obama's Justice
Department recommend stripping him of his U.S. citizenship when he signed the order.
He could have avoided giving Citizen Journalist another charge - making 16, see "A Bad
Case of Treason" - for imp...investigation.
It's time for an A.D.D. break brought to you by Adderall and El Dorado Rum from Guyana:
Citizen Journalist will be making a personal appearance at Facebook: Richard DePersio
on Thursday at 7 P.M. eastern and Twitter: @rickaddsite at 8:16. Add those sites to
your favorites and connect to his web sites from there to guarantee that you secure the
very latest. CJ will be signing autographed pictures (no one on the Internet has seen his
face) for 'free' in exchange for a campaign contribution.
We wish to reiterate the reason that we withdrew our support for the "Tea Party
Movement" about a year and a half ago. Though a study, at the time, showed that
60% of their members were social/fiscal conservatives and 40% were fiscal
conservatives - the latter had seized control; the latter being libertarians -
libertarians being in-the-closet social libs such as Ron Paul, former Judge
Napolitano and John Stossel.
Progressives (known as liberals after about 1950) have been trying to replace
the Founding Father's Federalist/Constructionist/Capitalist/Judeo-Christian (CJ
is a deist) Constitution with the progressive/secular 'living' constitution for the
past 100 years (Presidents Wilson, FDR, LBJ, certain congresses and U.S.
Supreme Courts. While Coolidge, Kennedy {hero of libs; they are too ignorant
to realize that he wasn't one of them], Reagan have pulled us back in the
direction of our Fathers, they could only undo about one-third of the damage).
The Rascals had a hit record circa 1968, "People Got to be Free." Libs
(liberals and libertarians) think that means that you should do whatever you
want so long as it doesn't hurt some one else which spells chaos. Social
conservatives maintain that right/wrong, good/bad should be determined by the
majority and by the Bible which spells society.
Libs (both varieties) for example favor abortion and same-sex marriage -
moral relativism - - everyone deciding for themselves without gov
interference (clarification: liberals want immoral laws while libertarians want
rules designed by individuals with no gov involvement; pockets of individuals creating
their own rules in some sort of perverse wonderland). Libertarians don't call
for undoing  immoral laws while promoting individual choice which makes
closet social libs.
One of the biggest immoralities was LBJ's Great Society Programs. One
example: instead of putting child first, welfare and Aid to Dependent Children is
given to these mothers even though the greatest percent grow up to commit crimes,
drop out of school, take up drugs, commit suicide, etc. The moral thing: placing
these children in foster-care and securing adoptive parents. Libertarians are moot.
They don't want to undo this system or stop same-sex marriages. They, like
their liberal brethren promote legalizing all drugs (with their crazy non-gov
involvement in achieving this in the case of libertarians).
Social Conservatives want less government: laws and regulations of a fiscal and
monetary nature. We don't want gov to legislate morality but we want to undo the
immorality that it has legislated.
Its time that libertarians came out-of-the-closet; its time for them to display
intellectual integrity.
Time has run out and once again, we don't have the time to expand on our tax
proposals.
*Ken Kellogg has strange work habits: he only works in the morning after breakfast.

Update: We have been opposed the virtually all subsidies for years, including, those
for oil, natural gas, solar, wind, SpaceX. Though, LightSquared didn't get the subsidy,
we can't  understand why Solyndra is getting more media coverage (though not an
adequate amount) than LightSquared which involved national security!

EXCLUSIVE INCLUDED...
                           The PRESCIENT CITIZEN JOURNALIST
                              (with all appropriate Modesty Aside)
by Citizen Journalist, Richatd DePersio and Dr. Walter Koskiusko Waldowski*
Richard D: "CJ, What do you know about baseball?" Citizen Journalist: "I know that
originally the term 'Yankee' was something like 'John Cheese' and was a put-down
of Dutch by British (Dutch were known to be partial toward cheese). I'm attempting to
pronounce the way that the British sarcastically pronounced it. Our audience at this
web site realizes that I'm not doing a good job of it. It later
became a put-down of the British by the Dutch after New Netherlands became
New York. During the Civil War it became 'Yankee' as a put-down of northern
soldiers by southern ones: some took offense; some didn't. After the war: it was
what Americans were called when they visited a foreign country; it became the name
of a New York ball club; a term for people who lived in the New England States.
Whilst today, it's the name of a team and a foreigner term." Richard D.: Your doing the
branch of anthropology known as linguistics. Talk some real baseball, little cripple
(correction: in so much as your 6' - big cripple." CJ: "Don Drysdal was one of the best
pitchers in history - he pitched for the Dodgers after they moved from Brooklyn (N.Y.) to
Los Angeles. He appeared on Grouch Marx's strange game show 'You Bet Your
Life' in 1960 along with his wife as contestants. They won $1000 and held pat,
choosing not to gamble any further with the bonus match. They could have wound
up with 10,000 or 5,000, or 500 dollars. Boy! Have times changed! It goes to show
that ball players weren't paid much in those days. No; they weren't playing for
charity but for themselves - newlyweds." Richard D.: "You can't even walk and your
still not technically talking baseball." CJ: "We appreciate 'Invites to Events' at Facebook
but Richard D. is anti-social, as you all too well know, and I'm homebound. Here's
something that many baseball fans don't know: prior to around 1950 (I can't remember
the exact year) if hit ball pounced into outfield seats in fair territory, it was a home run
not a double. Richard D.: "As Popeye would say, "'Blow me down'. Walk across the
run room and collect a $100 - ha, ha!

Citizen Journalist: "We did it again. We proved to have big crystal balls." Dr. W.:
"What are you talking about?" CJ: "It doesn't concern you. It concerns a two-part
article 'isn't he the guy Who Was in a buddhist temple, Who claimed that he didn't
know Why he Was there' by Richard D. and myself - part one, two weeks ago
and part two, last week." Richard D.: "I had forgotten. Where's Adderall. It was
about possibly treasonous acts committed by members of the Clinton Administration,
including, Clinton and Gore." Citizen J.: "History might be repeating itself with
Obama." Dr. W.: "Why is it that lib democrats are weak in national security and
why was Clinton perceived of as being a moderate?"** ( prescient Articles 2, 1 follow).
 (It's a painting of whom?***)
As is our wont, we start off with cosmos (meaning world), next  we deal with world
and Offending with Truth whenever possible.
Has the speed of earth's rotation changed? Yes, indeed. Its been slowing down:
days were shorter and there were more days in the year. About 350 million years
ago, the year had 410 days; 280 million years ago, a year was 390 days long.
(T) It would appear that the White House pressured General Sheldon of "Air Force
Space Command to LIE!
(R) He testified before House Arms Services Committee and stated that the cell
phone system, including, transmitters being developed by "LightSquared" was a
problem that could be easily rectified and would not jeopardize military GPS (the
military uses the same GPS system as you do but their data is much more precise
and used to guide missiles, track bombs, locate troops, amongst others things).
He later revealed that he had been pressured to testify that way and, if truth be told,
it would be very difficult and expensive to rectify and that during the process of
attempting to do so, national security would be compromised. We haven't read or
heard this anywhere: it constitutes a repeat of 1996 when Department of Defense
told Clinton that a private company shouldn't be allowed to sell certain technology
to China; Clinton did something strange, he turned the
matter over to Commerce Department which approved; China's military now has
world's faster super-computer (See articles 2 and 1 which follow this article). Present:
DOD and White House knew cell system was bad but FCC approved. EXCLUSIVE:
We are the first to point out that history has repeated itself.
(E) Why would members of Obama White House (what did Obama know and when
did he know it) pressure a general to lie? Could it be because one of the principal
stockholders of "LightSquared" is a major contributor to the Democratic Party and
to Democratic candidates?!?
(A) This comes on the heels of allegations regarding Obama team, "Solyndra," and
crony capitalism. We are apposed to virtually all forms of subsidies for virtually all
orgs (private companies, educational institutions, etc, with few exceptions). Solar
and wind companies are heavily subsidized and still companies that make solar
panels can't compete due to lower-priced panels sold here by China. We have
written about the value of and the relatively low cost of placing panels not on earth
as part of a system but in earth orbit as part of a system there.
(S) We are opposed to subsidies, including, subsidies to companies like SpaceX
because we don't think that taxpayer $$$s should go to private companies be it in
the form of a hand-out (corporate welfare) or gov loan or a loan co-signed by gov.
Investment shouldn't come from taxpayers but from those investors who specialize
in big risk for possible big return.
(O) Obama partially nationalized (socialized) the banking and auto industries. What
disturbs us most is the issue being discussed least: A senior member of the
Energy Department was a member of the Board of Directors of "Solydra" because of
gov-backed loan. Capitalist Principle: Separation of Company and State is real.
(While Separation of Church and State is false). White House apparently approved
of gov-backing in spite of precarious state of company and wanted it sped up for
a Biden photo-up (Gore in Buddhist Temple). (See "A Bad Case of Treason" at
Citizenj - connect via Home Page to be connected with the latest).
N: National Security Type; Anti-Good Capitalism Type.
Its time for an A.D.D. break sponsored by Adderall and Kentucky Bourbon (they
socialize well together): We have a rocket!!! NASA's proposed new rocket will build
upon Saturn 5, Shuttle and Constellation technologies (precisely what we wanted;
initially, it will employ solid booster rockets but, eventually, safer liquid-fueled) at
a projected cost (on average) of $3.5 billion (out of a budget of $17 billion which is
expected to be reduced to $15 billion) per year which includes the cost of the Orion
Multi-Purpose Vehicle.
If approved by congress, NASA will be prepared to launch test flights beginning
in 2017 and a manned test flight in 2017. It will initially carry cargo weighing 77 tons,
and, eventually, 143 tons. By comparison, the Space Shuttle lifted 27 tons and the
Saturn 5: 132 - making the new rocket the most powerful rocket in history!
Called the "Space Launch System," we have one problem with it: it will go to
Mars and other destinations but not the moon; moon mining could play a major
role in satisfying the future energy needs of those on earth. (See "Action Chain Letter:
10" and "Mining the Moon: Crystalinks" at Citizenj).
"It is part of the conservative intuition that economic freedom is the most precious
temporal freedom, for the reason that it alone gives to each one of us, in our
comings and goings in a complex society, sovereignty---and over that part of our
existence in which by far the most choices have in fact to be made, and in which
it is possible to make choices, involving oneself, without damage to other people.
And for the further reason that without economic freedom, political and other
freedoms are likely to be taken away from us."
Was this statement made yesterday? Was it made in late 2008/early 2009 when
fed gov was giving money to and seizing partial control of banking and auto
industries via bailouts?
No; it was made in 1966 by Bill Buckley ("Quotations from Chairman Bill" compiled
by David Frank, Pocket Book, 1971).
*Painless Polish Poker and Dental Clinic
**During his first two years in office, he was responsible for the second largest tax
increase in our history and Hillary-Care was nearly approved (the precursor of
Obama-care(the precursor of socialized medicine - Canada, U.K., France and other
nations are moving away from it while we are moving toward this failed system).
After he lost control of congress, Republicans forced him (he kicked and screamed)
to replace welfare with workfare, sign "Marriage Protection Act," balance the budget,
moderately cut taxes - when these things worked, he later took the bows.

Subject: Part 2: Wasn't he the guy...

Part Two:Wasn't he the guy Who Was in a buddhist temple, Who didn't know Why he
  Was there
by Citizen Journalist and Richard DePersio (with a special appearance by Dago Red)
{For those of you that didn't read Part One or desire to review, Part One is
  conveniently located after Part Two}

Citizen Journalist: "How did you feel about the T.V. coverage of "9/11"? Richard D.: "We are
at war. They should have devoted air-time to our numerous victories against islam (PC-correction:
radical islam)." "CJ: "Naturally, I concur." RD: We have a correction to make: Two weeks ago,
we had 351 readers (visits) not 331 - a record. Last week, we were down to 253 as Google
no longer permits additions and subtractions from group sites. We hope that you...yes, you; the
person who is presently reading this...will get the word out: henceforth, only charity websites;
best connected to via Home and Profile Pages; Bookmark-ing or Adding to Favorites
recommended." Dago Red: "Now that you patted yourself on the back and committed a promo,
would you mind sharing some space with me? I hold a record which I like to think is shared by
many: I watched every American space launch live on T.V. from the first on May 5, 1961 to
October 30, 1985*" CJ: " "Bravo! You and the others have every right to feel proud."

As is our wont, we start off with cosmos (meaning world) followed by the world and Offending
with Truth.
It is true that the Soviets placed the first two satellites ("Hold your horses!", says audience
member, "Doesn't CJ read what he writes: see above - ending of preface and beginning of
this-the first section") in orbit (the second one carrying a dog): Sputnik 1 and 2. It shocked
the free world and made it afraid of a nation thought backward; it launched the 'Space Race'
within the 'Cold War." We hasten to point out that our first satellite, Explorer 1, made the
first major scientific discovery: the Van Allen Radiation Belts!
       (O) Where were we? We had Al Gore in a Buddhist temple in 1996. We indicated that we
need to step back. U.S. companies have to secure the permission of fed gov to sell certain
types of technologies to certain countries. We don't recollect the name of the company.
Anyway, it wanted to sell a particular type of computer technology to China. Such issues are
handled by the Department of Defense. While China was claiming that it wanted to purchase
the technology for civilian purposes, the DOD determined that it could be too easily used
in their military program and that that would be dangerous. It is their purview. Nonetheless,
Billy-boy Clinton turned to the Department of Commerce which stated after review that it had
no problem with the sale and the sale was made. Later in the year, Gore is collecting
envelopes in a temple and he would later claim that he didn't why he was there - as if he
frequented Buddhist temples! It is believed that the envelopes contained laundered money
from the Chinese gov. It is illegal for foreign gov to contribute to an American political
campaign. Was it: quid pro quo?
(what) Why wasn't the matter thoroughly investigated at the time by congress? The
republicans had been progressively more and more in disfavor with the public over the
numerous investigations of Clinton and his Administration, especially, the Monica Lewinsky
Affair. They weren't about to thoroughly pursue this matter even though it meant that they
were being derelict in their duty!
      (a) Recently, we discovered to our shock and dismay that the Chinese military had the
world's fastest computer and that the sale back in '96 might have paved the way. We
haven't heard a single member of congress suggest that the matter be reopened! Bill and
Al might be traitors!
(tangled**) Now, Al is trying to draw a moral equivalency between discrimination and
denying 'global warming!' Sorry Al, but, there our those of us who put more credence in
NASA studies than we do U.N. studies: cattle farts; hockey stick graph; emails on how
to fudge data; suppression of opposing views; lack of peer review; the placing of heat
sensors near heat-generating sources. Blacks should be offended!
It's time now for your irregularly scheduled A.D.D. break sponsored by Adderall and
Johnny Walker Red: The moon has a tail. It isn't visible to the naked eye but detectable
by instruments. A tail of sodium atoms streams from the moon: glowing and 15,000 miles
long.
It is most disconcerting: We design new technologies, especially, 'Silicon Valley'
and other countries purchase and, in some cases, build on them: our ideas, their product.
This is partly the result of union demands. It isn't economically viable for company to
make the product or they make in an overseas factory.

*The mission prior was carried live. Dago Red's record came to an end on this date. A little
over a year later was the Challenger disaster which CBS, NBC and ABC failed to cover
live.

Preface: Dago Red: "How does it feel to be presented the prestigious "Offending
with Truth" award by the "Association Against American Revisionism by Liberals
(ASS R Libs, for short)?" Citizen Journalist" Honored, of course. We'll keep doing
what we do best." Richard D.: "Years ago, weren't you one of Jerry's kids. How
do you feel now that Jerry Jewish...excuse me, Lewis...won't be hosting the
it's-all-about-me telethon with honorable mention given to MDA?" CJ:"He used

"We announced on Facebook, Twitter and Amplify that Google was shutting down
group sites on 8/31 - as it turns out, they are still there but we can't add or
subtract articles. We went to the tally at 12:30 P.M. and we had 291 readers
(visits) for the week. We checked every 5 minutes and by midnight, we had 343 -
a record! Thank you for the send-off.
As is our wont, we start off with cosmos (which means world) and, then, we
proceed with the world and Offending with Truth (we didn't win that prestigious
award for nothing) when circumstances warrant (and they often do).
Edwin Hubble probably did more to change our perspective of the cosmos
than anyone since Nick Copernicus. The vast majority of astronomers harbored
the view that The Milky Way Galaxy was the whole universe and that the sun
was the center of the universe (they were uneasy about the latter). Ed showed
that our Galaxy was just one of hundreds of billions of galaxies which he
classified as: spirals (and barred-spirals, until recently, we thought that we lived
in a spiral but it turned out to be barred);ellipticals; irregulars (the system of
galaxies types that we still employ today; we have added 'peculars' a type of
irregular representing a galaxy that is violently exploding or two galaxies
colliding). Further, Ed determined that the universe is expanding. You, the
earth, the sun and The Galaxy aren't expanding but the distance between
galaxies is - space is expanding. It only appears as if our galaxy is the center
of the universe - you would think the same thing if you lived in another galaxy
- - an optical illusion of sorts. In addition, it appears that our solar system is in
the center of the galaxy and surrounded by stars because interstellar dust
obscures the true center.
English Teachers Wanted: Poor Grammar Preferred. Obama hates the good
people of Arizona! They pass an immigration bill which Obama's Justice
Department is holding up in court on its constitutionality. They are right to do this:
America is fainting, Citizen Journalist agreed with Obama!!! Not so fast: We
like Arizona's tough-on-illegal policy (it wouldn't be necessary if fed gov did its
job and sealed the border!). We don't cotton to people entering our sovereign nation
illegally primarily to get free social services (illegally allowed in states with a
lib gov or county exec) free emergency and non-emergency care in our emergency
rooms, free public school education for their children. Who is footing the bill?
Real Americans and those who came here legally! They also come here to commit
crimes individually or to form gangs. Potentially, they could carry disease
for they didn't go through the normal immigration policy. The constitution question:
Is immigration policy strictly the domain of fed gov? Fed gov should have Arizona's
policy regarding companies who hire and landlords who rent to illegal's. And,
checking the legal status of those suspected of being illegal, as well as, those
who have been arrested to be turned over to the fed authorities.
Obama is allowing the damn anti-American-cattle farting U.N. and Mexico to
sue Arizona! It's unprecedented; it's un-American!!! It will set a precedent; he must
be stopped (Add it our list of 17 constitutional crimes committed by Obama in
"A Bad Case of Treason").
Obama's Departments of Justice and Education claim that Arizona discrim-
inates against Hispanics when it comes to hiring English teachers. They must
replace their standard of fluent with command of English. They don't hire Hispanics
with heavy ascents and imperfect grammatical skills. They must! Libs and Lib-unions
don't care about the kids. It is sad that the dumbing-down of the children of
Arizona is taking place. Is this America!?!
In 1996, Al Gore visited a Buddhist Temple in California and would later claim that he
didn't know why he was there!!! He is also sensitive to warming when there is no
warming. And, than there is China's super-computer.
It's time for our irregularly scheduled A.D.D. break sponsored by Adderall and Seagram7;
Adam and Eve ate an apple from "The Tree of Knowledge" in the Garden of
Eden...Actually, the Bible doesn't specify the fruit. In fact, most biblical scholars
agree that it wasn't an apple!
Back to the temple...It was during the presidential election of that year. What we are
about to relate is part fact/part allegation supported by reasonable guesses:
He was there collecting envelopes (fact). He would later claim that he didn't know
why he was there (fact). (We suppose that it was a normal occurrence for him to
frequent Buddhist Temples!). The envelopes contained campaign contributions
(allegation, strongly believed to be true) from Chinese (laundered through a number of
hands and orgs - it is illegal for a foreign gov or individual to contribute to an
American political campaign) gov (allegation - but, we must examine what transpired
earlier in the year).
He continues to be handed envelopes containing money - profits from his "The-Green
Sky-is-Falling" Company!

Subject: Fwd: ACTION CHAIN LETTER 10: NEW PROPOSALS/SAVING $$$
Updated/Modified/Expanded ACTION CHAIN LETTER 10: New Proposals/Saving $$$s
by Citizen Journalist, Richard DePersio and Dr. Yamamoto*
Article concerned with: NASA; national debt, healthcare, taxes and more.
(Originally published 4/21/2011) Reading other Letters recommended but not necessary.
Anecdote: He was 10 years of age and unlike his fellow inmates didn't fear the
guards (nuns) nor the principal (penguin no. 1). Sister Patrick Maureen
imparted instructions to the class: "Upon completion of exam, bring
it to my desk, return to your seat and read anything of your choosing -
just don't disturb your classmates who are still taking the test."
He completed exam toot-sweet; just answering enough questions
correctly to barely pass. He proceeded to read his astronomy book.
Sister P.M., the meanest nun in the prison, walked down the aisle
to his desk (boys so much
preferred being seated in the back). She said with a loud and stern
voice: "Put that garbage away. I'll give you something good to
read!" He looked up at her and said: "If I don't read this garbage,
I don't read anything! Think about what you told the class about
test and reading." To everyone's shock, she turned around, walked
back to her desk and said: "He's right. I did say that you could
read what you wanted to read. He stood tall in the saddle (desk).
He couldn't relish his victory long for when P.M. commenced to
teach, he got up without permission, took an A.D.D. walk to the
window and starred out and became a day dreamer. Next stop:
               principal's office.

The two-stage (chemical) rocket  plus upgraded shuttle-type solid-fueled
booster rockets would carry 4 astros in Orion-based Multi-Purpose Vehicle
to and from International Space Station with up to 55,000 pounds of supplies,
instruments, equipment. About the same amount in weight as Space
Shuttle. It could also carry up to 55,000 pounds unmanned unlike Space Shuttle
but like Air Force X-37B. This hoped for heavy-lifter is currently in a state of limbo.
A super-heavy-lifter able to lift cargo weighing up to 350,000 pounds (with
larger MPV) to ISS and 160,000 pounds to the moon or beyond (you would have
two MPVs for a moon mission - one manned and the other unmanned; more for a
Mars mission). Under consideration is a second stage which would be an evolved
Saturn-5 third stage and called an EDS (Earth Departure System or ETV {Earth Transfer                                                                                                                                                   Vehicle}). The  EDS would bear some of the cargo weight, as well as, the landing craft
(Please read or reread our original proposals: "ATBTC: Action Chain Letter 5"
proposals 10-12 at /group/rickcosmos-eclectic and "Action Chain Letter 9..." topic 1
at /group/nasa-our-way) and ACL 9 addendum regarding NERVA and
Saturn S-N (N for nuclear thermal {hydrogen; too dangerous? The two Voyagers
which are leaving solar system are powered by plutonium - libs complained when it
was launched} and safer than solid, liquid boosters).
Why was Oba,ma's decision to cancel Moon Project another blunder. Experts
contend that we will only be able to get 25 to 30% of our electricity from solar
and wind by 2035 (that's why we need to "Drill, Baby, Drill,' do more clean coal
and built more nuclear fission plants and, later, fusion plants (see ACL 9 on
how NASA can help with the latter) and never more - but wait....
Mining the moon inexpensively for He-3 (for fusion plants) and silicon for
solar panels built in orbit  would enable lunar exploration and technological
development followed by private sector taking over site(see ACL 9 and ATC -
ATBTC: Together...A New Beginning at /group/newfederalism, /group/nasa-our-way,
 /group/
sciencerepublicans). We might be able to secure up to one-third of our electricity
by 2025-30 from solar and, presently, underdevelopment fusion in a cost-effective
manner unlike damn heavily-subsidized solar and wind on terra ferma!
Proposal 49: Let's go with a fair tax (national sales tax except on food) of 10% with
those on social services exempt upon showing proof,  in order
that libs don't scream! And, a flat tax of 10%: 10% of salary, wage or salaries; 10% of
dividends on stocks, bonds and commodities; 10% of interest on savings accounts;
10% of rental income; 10% of gifts and gambling/prizes; 10% of the sale of property
and stocks, bonds, commodities. What could be fairer? If you are going to allow
for deductions, limit it to primary mortgage and/or secondary mortgage and/or
charitable donations. This constitutes tax simplification too! More Americans
would be able to save money by filling out form themselves. Allowing deductions
would necessitate a flat tax of 12.5% or a fair tax of 12.5%.
Proposal 50: Obama-care is just one step away from socialized medicine. Annually,
there is $40 billion in waste and fraud in Medicaid and Medicare. Do you think that
that would be the case with a private company. They wouldn't be in business
very long. Obama wants fed gov to assume even more responsibility for the
health care of you and your family!
Privatize M &M. Private sector would offer elderly, disabled and poor many
more options. Create means-tested interest-earning healthcare bank accounts;
money supplied by fed and states for premiums, account can only be used for
healthcare and individuals can add to it. Why should wealthy receive full Medicare?
Means-testing will determine amount of money for premium coverage. Companies
would offer numerous policies with and without
co-pays, with or without monthly fees, with or without annual fees; policies that
cover certain things but not others - even custom-build policies. Presently, doctors,
hospitals, technicians, old people homes...not PC?...get about 80% of what they
request from Medicare and about 60% from Medicaid (it's the reason that people
are hard-pressed to find a doctor who accepts Medicaid; soon the self-same thing
will be the case for Medicare - about 60% under Obama-care). Private sector
would be motivated to eliminate waste and fraud while gov workers don't give
a damn! (Every year, 1% of fed gov workers loose their job while it's 3.5 in private
sector; it is extremely difficult to fire gov employees for incompetence or bad
behavior courtesy of unions). Let's say that $35 of the $40 billion is saved: 1/2 could
be used for debt reduction and 1/2 to make sure doctors continue to get 80%.
Let's return to space center... Sleeping air traffic controllers...Why not extend SATS?
(Action Chain Letter 8: Fast Forward Future..." Expanded Version).
Commercial airlines have employed an automatic pilot for decades; the pilot is
necessary to take-off and land the jet, as well as, seize control from AP in the event
of an emergency. In recent years, the Space Shuttle with on-board computer and
instrumentation along with ground control can land without manual control.
Let's not forget flying drones - preprogrammed flight but with increasing capability
to make in-flight changes. Most commercial jets have a pilot along for the ride or
for emergency purposes; the technology exists for take-off and landing without
need of human. How sad. That's progress?
Proposal 51: Save taxpayers money. No need for air traffic controllers, especially,
during non-peak hours. The airliner retrofitted with the right equipment, such as,
on-board radar and access to computer in the tower and communication voice-to-
voice and computer-to-computer with another plane (s) in the area should be
able to land with no trouble and, eventually, 24/7. Costly in the short run;
astronomically large savings in the long-run. (Further, integration of SATS
{Small Aircraft Transportation System) into the larger air travel system will mean
 less traffic at large airports).

Lousy Little Lying Liberals (my copyrighted alliteration). The super-rich and the
rich...did you enjoy segue? We were talking about how NASA could save as
tons of money in three areas and now we're talking economics proper....don't
pay their fair share of taxes - the wealthiest Americans - the top 1% pay over 40%
of federal income taxes - - and that's up from 33% in 1996; further, the top 3% take
care of 75% of FIT! Libs: We should raise taxes on the rich making them pay
their fair share - my useless foot! Less you forget: Laffer Curve. Supplied-Side
Economics (libs disparagingly refer to it as trickle-down) was proven valid by
Coolidge,JFK
(it's ironic: libs idolize him; they're too stupid to realize that he was anything but
a liberal!), Ronnie Reagan and 'W.' Eco/Fin Crisis caused by lip-of-wrist senator
barney frank's fannie and freddie; fed; unions. Progressive income tax punishes
people for working hard - knocked up to a much higher bracket; the antithesis
of capitalism. Studies have shown that over a ten year period in America that
you have a two-third chance of going up a notch and a one-third chance of
going south when the categories are: non-working poor, working-poor, lower
middle-class, mid middle-class, upper middle-class, rich and super-rich.
Force working in opposition: lib; they have a vested interest in getting as
many people on social services as possible, keeping them on ss for as long as
possible and giving them as many hand-outs as possible (things that they
don't need or more than they need in a particular category) for the poor vote
overwhelmingly democrat. It has become a generational thing: children,
parents and grandparents on ss. Sad but true! Libs have destroyed the old
Protestant Work Ethic, the Traditional Family and a Strong Sense of Right and
Wrong. Hell, people on the public dole have been sapped of their pride; they
think they deserve ss - that it is owed them. They never demand less or only what
they need. We are not talking about the truly needy; we are talking about the
parasitic bums. Some states are stricter regarding eligibility for various social
services than others, including, Medicaid. Obama-care will soon illegally take
that Medicaid power away from the states!
Clinton vetoed Workfare twice before being forced by Republicans to sign
it in the election year of '96; he was afraid that Republicans would use it as a
political weapon against him for Americans were getting sick-and-tired at the
time with freeloaders. When it worked, Billy-boy took the bows; few know this:
Upon becoming president one of the first executive orders Obama signed
with to weaken the Workfare Program - remember: votes from the poor. Tis
a pity for millions got off the doll.

LBJ (Liberal-Boy Johnson) so-called "Great Society" social programs have
cost us 16 trillion!!! since the mid-'60s while the percentage of non-working
poor and working poor has remained the same. So much for his war against
poverty! Due to an increase in population, the numbers have risen; same
percentage-wise, more in actual numbers. Would have been worse if it hadn't
been for Workfare 1996-2007 (2007, Obama watered it down - creep!).
PROPOSAL 52: Eliminate annual inflation/cost-of-living increase for welfare
recipients after person has been on it for three years; cut it by 25% after six.
 Welfare mothers shouldn't receive
Aid to Dependent Children; they shouldn't be allowed to keep their children (many
have more children for more social services). Cruel to separate mother from
child? Think of the child. Study after study has shown that a child is best off
in a mom-and-dad household functional followed by mom/dad dysfunctional
followed by single parent functional and, bringing up the rear, single-parent
dysfunctional. Children in single parent households most likely to grow-up
to drink and/or/ take drugs and/or be unable to hold down a job and/or drop
out of high school and/or wind up in jail or prison and/or commit suicide.
Interestingly enough, the more educated and the more money a single women
has, the more likely she is to give up baby for adoption. Welfare mothers
should be forced to do so for the sake of the child. Americans are the most
giving people on the globe - they give more per capita to charities and
non-profits than people in any other country. People not gov the solution.
Americans will give even more if they see 'hand-out' programs being reduced.
Before fed social programs began in the 1940s and expanded big-time in 1960s,
people had pride and did everything possible to avoid asking for help. When
desperate turned to family, friends, neighbors, church, Salvation Army, etc.
They got the help that they needed and no more. People knew that eventually
they would pay back or be available to offer other kind of assistance when
someone else required it. Welfare is now called Entitlement!
We have arrived at that juncture again, the one in which we are compelled - we did
try mightily to resist - to pat ourselves on the back. Recently, S & P downgraded
prospect for U.S. Saving Bond; we predicted, as early as a year ago, we
could loose 'Triple A' Bond Rating within 5 years. Now, Charles Krathaumer,
political/economic commentator and former psychiatrist (we so enjoy that combo)
is predicting that it could happen in 2; update: within a year! He holds a degree in
economics; we have studied economics on our own since age 14. It is interesting:
our foresight and keen understanding....Enough already!
PROPOSAL 50: End 'co-signing' loans for those who want to built nuclear fission
plants for up to 75%; taxpayer - no, high-risk investors - yes; or, at least, reduce citizen
liability, after all, we won't share in future dividends. End all Federal gov 'co-signing'
even for small business loans. More blacks were able to start small businesses
because Nixon started Small Business Administration and sb loans than because of
what any other president did. Taxpayers should no longer take risk: if company
fails, we're left holding the bag; if company succeeds, we don't get $$$ - not even a
'Thank You' Note!
 PROPOSAL 51:
NASA and military should focus on replacing aging GPS system. Military should
equip X-37B when operational with space-to-air and space-to-ground anti-missile
weapon. Violation of Space Treaty? It will only have weapon after war commences.
We have been reducing the number of nuclear warheads as per agreement with
Russia. Convert those ICBMs to anti- missile missiles; also, replace nuclear-tips
with conventional bombs. Traitor Obama bowed to Putin and promised not to
do such things - he denies it - just look at treaty; he claims that it doesn't count
because it is only in preamble, Putin says otherwise. He is allowing Russia to
retain a 20,000 to 200 advantage in tactical (short-range) nuclear weapons. He sacrificed
all this for resumed inspections of their declared sites! Obama, we order you to make
meaning of treaty crystal clear to Putin - although, you want Russia to be a super-power
again (See "A Bad Case of Treason"). We should have the right to do what we choose
with nuclear de-fanged ICBMs.
 PROPOSAL 52:
We have military bases in 100 countries; we pay the bulk of the cost to defend Japan,
Germany and South Korea. Let's weigh the pros and cons, shall we. Our presence is
good for their economies; our presence gives us leverage with those countries. We
beat Germany and Japan in WW2 - a war that they started. We rebuilt those
countries and now they are economic powerhouses courtesy of Uncle Sam. Certainly,
they should pay the cost (don't forget: 'Cold War' over; we won) of their own defense- 50%
for 10 years,75% thereafter. We should maintain a presence in Japan or South Korea -
we should put part of our anti-missile shield in one of these countries (shield Obama
shrunk in deference to Putin). If they object: leave completely.Besides, nowadays, we
can respond rapidly from a distance if we choose to defend these countries. South Korea
is indebted to us for a not so shabby economy. Step up to the plate. You're big boys now.
You can't hide behind Lady Liberty's 'skirt' forever.(It would require a reworking of Jap and
kraut constitutions which severely limit the size of their militaries after WW2 for fear that
they might start another war; that fear is no longer warranted - we need to save $$$s).
Bolivia is partitioning the U.N. for human rights for "Mother Earth" and for a spokesman
(they forgot a lawyer). We are confident the backward and ignorant American libs will
endorse this preposterous proposal right after they secure human rights for animals!
